Are Your Days Created by You or by Default?

How are you keeping yourself on track each day?

By that I mean:

How do you stay focused on what is important to you?
How do you keep your spirits up?
How are you nurturing yourself?
How are you planning your time & priorities?
Are you creating your days or are they creating themselves by default?
Do you believe that you have any control over this?
Are you one of many people are feeling out of control these days or that you don’t have time for yourself?

Feeling off track can cause a lot of stress and in turn lead to health issues, relationship issues and overall dissatisfaction. I think a lot of people don’t know what to do to get out the their predicaments and can feel trapped. I know that I was there for many years and it did affect my health, relationships and the overall quality of my life. I wish I knew what I now know, I would have made changes sooner. But, I do believe in divine timing and I probably needed to go through what I did to get to where I am today.

What I have come to understand is that I can choose what shows up in my life and that means I have the ability to consciously create. I have learned that the most important thing is to feel GOOD. Through the “Law of Attraction” things of a similar vibration will be attracted to us. So, if you are feeling bad, negative, complaining etc. guess what you will get…more of the same. That is why feeling good is so important, but for some, this can take a bit of time to master. You will get there, just be easy on yourself and keep at it one day at a time. Start by focusing on all that is good in your life and practise GRATITUDE & that will move things along quicker.

Along with feeling good and gratitude there are many tools that I use. I have listed some of them here for anyone who needs a little help to get started or to learn some new ideas. You can use the same ones over and over, or switch them up to make it more interesting. This can also be called “Alignment Practice” which means that we are lining up with what we want to MANIFESTING in our lives. This happens when we feel good and believe it can happen.

 looking at yourself in the mirror for a minute each morning with lots of emotion, bringing a smile to your face & tell yourself how much you love yourself
 remind yourself throughout the day of how much time & abundance that you have & feel it as if it were real

 As well for me, getting some form of exercise that I enjoy is mandatory for a healthy body & mind as well as getting into nature for my soul.

I would suggest that you make a checklist of the items you want to incorporate on a daily basis along with what you may be doing already. It takes 21 days to form a habit so give it at least that long and see how you feel. You have the power to make the necessary changes in your life. So, why not make the decision to use your power to change and you will feel better.
